Job Duties
- Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
- Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
- Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and service stations
- Collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery
- Upholds safety procedures and complies with all health regulations
