Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work weekends and various shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Aware of guests' needs and works to make their experience pleasurable
- Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers
- Thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures guest receipts match party size
- Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
- Familiar with correct table bussing procedures
- Follows safe work practices to ensure safety of self, co-workers, and guests
- Performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Follows local health department laws
