Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years experience in a casual or upscale full-service restaurant
  • valid relevant training certificate such as TABC Certified or Texas Food Handler
  • ability to work evening and night shifts
  • strong communication skills
  • positive attitude and team player
  • ability to comply with food and beverage safety regulations

  • respectful, organized, dedicated, team focused

  • experience selling and presenting wine preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead with empathy
  • interact with guests, secure and course orders
  • assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • be the guide through a full four-course experience
  • understand menu and depth of ingredients
  • perform all required side and prep work
  • stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
