Job Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years serving experience in full-service restaurant
- Positive attitude with excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greets and welcomes guests, inviting them back as they leave
- Helps guests select food and beverages by presenting menu, suggesting courses, explaining the chef's specials, answering food preparation questions
- Transmits orders to kitchen by recording guests' choices, identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests
- Responds to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs
- observing dining process and is responsive at all times
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils
