Job Duties

  • handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstation
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and positive guest experiences
  • manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
