Job Duties

- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstation
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and positive guest experiences
- manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
