Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate point-of-sale POS systems and handle cash and credit transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- TABC certification for serving alcohol
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods move at a rapid pace bend twist and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and provide an exceptional dining experience
- Clear and effective communication skills for taking orders interacting with guests and coordinating with team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using point of sale POS systems and other restaurant management software
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the menu specials and make recommendations accordingly
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests ensuring special requests and dietary allergy restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring orders are delivered accurately and meet quality standards
- Monitor and attend to guests needs throughout their meal including refilling drinks clearing empty plates and ensuring tables are clean and organized
- Present checks to guests process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency escalating unresolved issues to management as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station dining area and other workspaces ensuring all health and safety standards are followed
- Assist with opening and closing duties and sidework as assigned
