Job Duties

  • Keep all kitchen equipment and prep/serving areas clean and organized
  • Plan and follow a cooking schedule to ensure meals are ready on time
  • Maintain food quality and safety by regularly checking temperatures and tasting dishes
  • Set up food on steam tables and restock as needed during service
  • Follow portion control guidelines during meal prep and serving
  • Check and properly use leftover perishables from the fridge and freezer to minimize waste
  • Jump in and help with other kitchen duties as needed
