Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to work long shifts up to 12 hours per day and full 7-day workweeks
- physical ability to perform moderately strenuous work
- compliance with company grooming and safety policies
- no visible tattoos or piercings beyond company limits
- ability to abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
- successful completion of required safety and emergency training classes
- ability to adhere to pre-employment drug testing protocols
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day
- able to work seven days a week
- able to work up to 28 weeks
- possess strong hospitality and customer service skills
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- willing to comply with grooming standards
- able to maintain composure and positive attitude under pressure
- able to pass pre-employment drug testing
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- set up and break down dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour
- cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- greet guests by name and escort them to tables
- present menus and suggest courses and wines
- relay orders accurately to the galley
- serve courses and beverages ensuring proper presentation
- perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas, snacks and catering evening entertainment
