Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
proficiency with POS systems is a plus
team-oriented with attention to detail

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
pick up and deliver food orders promptly
ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
