Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of food service experience
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dependable with reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications
- Previous server or bar experience helpful but not required
- 1-2 years of food service experience

Job Duties
- Engage with guests from diverse backgrounds providing a first-class experience and dedicated service
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while processing orders and serving food and beverages
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Display knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Take guest food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve beverages and meals in an accurate and timely manner
- Adhere to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age
- Check back to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as necessary
- Suggest and serve desserts coffee and other items as applicable
- Handle cash and credit card payments following standard procedures
- Keep tables dining room and workstations sanitized and organized
- Listen and respond to customer complaints
- Perform clean-up and closing procedures as assigned
- Perform physical activities such as standing walking bending and scooping for long periods
- Reach with arms and hands regularly
- Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Use sight reading and wrist movement to serve meals operate food service equipment and clean areas
- Work extended hours during the holiday season weekends and holidays as needed
