Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and seat them with a smile
- Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Promptly deliver food orders to customers
- Ensure customers are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Efficiently deliver and settle the customer bill while thanking them and inviting them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
