Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Teamwork and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and seat them with a smile
Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Promptly deliver food orders to customers
Ensure customers are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
Efficiently deliver and settle the customer bill while thanking them and inviting them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
