- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Food handler’s permit or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining food and bar menus
- Recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's features, and identifying wines
- Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
- Making managers aware of special accommodations such as food allergies prior to reporting to the kitchen
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area and completing opening, running and closing side work
