Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • fluent and fully conversational in English
  • able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
  • must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a server
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • fluent and fully conversational in English
  • must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
  • greet guests pleasantly
  • walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
  • highlight menu, food and beverage options and make suggestions based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions/allergies
  • follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies
  • maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
  • communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely delivery of food to guests
