Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- fluent and fully conversational in English
- able to lift up to 35 lbs
- able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
- must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
- must be at least 18 years of age
- fluent and fully conversational in English

Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- greet guests pleasantly
- walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- highlight menu, food and beverage options and make suggestions based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions/allergies
- follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies
- maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
- communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely delivery of food to guests
