Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- fluent and fully conversational in English
- able to lift up to 35 lbs
- able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather
- must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- prior experience working in hospitality or food service preferred
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
- must be at least 18 years of age
- fluent and fully conversational in English
- must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment

Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- greet guests pleasantly
- walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- highlight menu, food and beverage options, and make suggestions based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions
- follow cash handling and cash register policies
- maintain cleanliness within the dining and service stations
- communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- participate in training sessions and team meetings
- assist team members as needed
- inform management on guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries
- monitor and report intoxicated guests to management
- report low inventory and equipment issues
- perform additional tasks as requested by leadership
