Job Requirements

at least 18 years of age
fluent and fully conversational in English
able to lift up to 35 lbs
able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather
must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
prior experience working in hospitality or food service preferred

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a server
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
must be at least 18 years of age
fluent and fully conversational in English
must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
able to lift up to 35 lbs
able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather
flexible and adaptable

Job Duties

Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
greet guests pleasantly
walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
highlight menu, food and beverage options, and make suggestions based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions
follow cash handling and cash register policies
maintain cleanliness within the dining and service stations
communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery
adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
participate in training sessions and team meetings
assist team members as needed
inform management on guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries
monitor and report intoxicated guests to management
report low inventory and equipment issues
perform additional tasks as requested by leadership
