Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • fluent and fully conversational in English
  • able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather
  • must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
  • prior experience working in hospitality or food service preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a server
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • fluent and fully conversational in English

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
  • greet guests pleasantly
  • walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
  • highlight menu, food and beverage options, and make suggestions based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions
  • follow cash handling and cash register policies
  • maintain cleanliness within the dining and service stations
  • communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery
  • adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
  • participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • assist team members as needed
  • inform management on guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries
  • monitor and report intoxicated guests to management
  • report low inventory and equipment issues
  • perform additional tasks as requested by leadership
