Job Requirements
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to carry items such as trays and plates
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food handler certification is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage, especially Italian cuisine, is advantageous
