Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior server experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment

- Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable well-timed and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining the food and bar menus recommending cocktails suggesting courses explaining chef's features and identifying wines
- Thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions
- Making managers aware of any special accommodations such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen
- Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests
- Completing opening running and closing side work related to job duties
