Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid work authorization to be employed in the United States
- Availability to work full-time or part-time with flexible hours
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technology-driven restaurant setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or server role is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food and serving guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Comfortable working alongside technology such as robotic servers
Job Duties
- Greet and attend to guests in a friendly and attentive manner
- Provide fast and efficient service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly
- Assist guests with navigating the revolving sushi system including working alongside the robotic server "Kura Bot"
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism
