Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- able to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- able to converse comfortably with customers
- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications

- ability to interact friendly and enthusiastically with customers and coworkers

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- enter orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serve food and beverages for guests in assigned and other sections
- coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely service and food quality
- provide highest quality customer service at all times
- maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and clearing clutter
- present check and process payment
- follow company customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
- keep station clean and set up or take down station tables appropriately
