Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and pick up debris
Capable of transporting plates, glasses, and baskets repeatedly during a shift
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Mobility during the entire shift is required
Ability to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift
Ability to stand and move quickly for periods up to four hours
Good sense of balance, ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant service or front-of-house roles preferred but not required
Ability to communicate verbally with guests
Basic math and writing skills
Ability to deliver courteous and timely service
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Job Duties

Deliver food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery system
Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
Interact verbally with all guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
Observe guests and respond to any additional requests
Present guest checks to each table and handle payments accurately
Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables
