Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to carry trays and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling bills
Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining food and bar menus
- Recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's specials, and identifying wines
- Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
- Making managers aware of any special accommodations such as food allergies
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
