Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous server experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to carry trays and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for handling bills

Job Duties

Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining food and bar menus
Recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's specials, and identifying wines
Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
Making managers aware of any special accommodations such as food allergies
Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
