Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent communication skills

ability to stand for long periods
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant positions or customer service preferred but not required
strong attention to detail
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
ability to work well in teams

Job Duties

Take guests orders
provide attentive service throughout meal
memorize menu items, abbreviations, various preparation styles
learn drink offerings, stay up to date on current beers on tap and educate customer on offerings
assist in prepping ingredients, maintaining stock on the line and keeping the process organized
adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
clean and maintain stock of silverware, menus, napkins, etc.
