Job Requirements
- Must be of legal working age
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a serving role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus, specials, and promotions professionally
- Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly, communicating special requests and modifications to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and temperature
- Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils for cleanliness and hygiene, replenishing items as needed
- Anticipate guests' needs throughout their meal and provide proactive assistance and refills
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service timing
- Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies to the kitchen
- Relay guest feedback and concerns to management for prompt resolution
- Process guest payments accurately and securely handling cash and credit transactions
