Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal working age

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus, specials, and promotions professionally
  • Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly, communicating special requests and modifications to the kitchen
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and temperature
  • Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils for cleanliness and hygiene, replenishing items as needed
  • Anticipate guests' needs throughout their meal and provide proactive assistance and refills
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service timing
  • Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies to the kitchen
  • Relay guest feedback and concerns to management for prompt resolution
  • Process guest payments accurately and securely handling cash and credit transactions
