Job Duties
- Greet and seat customers, record orders, and apply suggestive selling techniques
- ensure prompt placement of orders and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- remove unneeded dishes and utensils
- inform management of any safety hazards, guest complaints, or other problems
- complete side-work in a safe and timely manner
- offer suggestive selling to maintain proper guest check average
- deliver food and remove dishes in a timely manner
- be courteous and friendly with all guests, present a professional image at all times
- embody and promote company values
