must be at least 16 years old
dependable and punctual
able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
able to cope well under pressure
possess a positive and energetic attitude
honest and trustworthy
willing to learn and adapt to new skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service or food service experience is an asset but not required
ability to communicate clearly and politely
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a team environment
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

greet customers with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
cooperate with kitchen and management staff to fulfill customer needs
handle cash and process payments accurately
manage challenges calmly and effectively during busy periods
