- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Willingness to perform side work and maintain service areas

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- Make all guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to personally take care of them
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Make recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy
- Answer questions about food, beverages, and other facility functions and services
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
- Maintain clean service areas
- Monitor and observe guests experience and ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
- Assist fellow servers as situations arise
- Assist bus person with clearing and resetting tables
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the theatre
- Maintain a positive attitude and always smile
