Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and attentive guest service
- Strong knowledge of menu items and specials
- Capability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of our quality menu items
- Passionately delivering accurate orders while partnering with other team members to ensure all our Guests feel at home
- Providing friendly, well-paced and attentive service
- Creating authentic connections with Guests to build guest loyalty
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handling guest requests and resolving concerns promptly
