Job Requirements

Able to communicate speak read and write in English
Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
Authorized to work in the United States
Excellent customer service and people skills
In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
Strong attention to detail
High energy levels
Ability to work in a team
Excellent verbal communication
Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
Able to hear understand and respond to employees and guests requests in a loud environment
Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures below 0 F and above 90 F throughout the shift

Job Duties

Roll clean silverware for service
Remove dirty utensils plates drinks from table
Clean and reset tables after guests leave
Sweep service area take out trash and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
Assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
Escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
Communicate well with teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
