Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of exerting well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds safely
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- willing to comply with health and safety protocols including use of disinfectants and frequent hand washing
Job Qualifications
- at least 21 years old
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and outgoing personality
- previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage items
- anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience
- take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- adhere to all health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
