Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a server
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic understanding of food and beverage offerings including alcoholic beverages
- Must be 18 years or older
- Full proficiency in English language
- Completion of TIPS certification within first 90 days
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Capability to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch for long periods
- Flexible availability for shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent and fully conversational in English
- Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- Greet guests pleasantly
- Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions or allergies
- Follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
- Maintain cleanliness within the restaurant’s dining and service stations
- Communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- Assist team members as needed
- Inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, inquiries
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
