Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and move about facility for long periods
- ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- must be neat, clean and professional in appearance
- must be able to listen and communicate verbally in English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality helpful but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate Micros or similar POS systems
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- customer service oriented
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- manage personal bank and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report as needed
- greet guests timely and take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation
- enter orders into Micros system accurately
- ensure proper food garnish and timely delivery
- work efficiently following “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables
- assist other team members as needed
- complete station side work at beginning and end of shifts
- participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through attentive service
- keep station clean and organized
- maintain favorable working relationships to foster a cooperative environment
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- operate Micros system and handle financial transactions accurately
- comply with dress code and professional appearance
- must be at least 18 years old
