Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in hospitality senior living or related field preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- availability to work swing shift 1pm to 7:30pm
- physical ability to perform food service duties including standing and lifting
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- a minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
- effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
- good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- ability to engage warmly with senior residents
- familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work swing shift hours
Job Duties
- prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment
