Job Requirements

Minimum age 18 years or older
Ability to work 8-hour shifts with extensive standing and walking
Ability to handle cash accurately
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to providing genuine hospitality and a warm, inviting atmosphere
Pass a background check if required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Enthusiastic and guest-focused attitude

Job Duties

Creating an irresistible experience for guests
Being knowledgeable and enthusiastic
Making suggestions to enhance the guests' dining experience
Maintaining cash and cash equivalents
Soliciting guest feedback
Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning tables, chairs, and floors
