Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience, preferably as a server/waiter/waitress
- must be at least 18 years old
- strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- basic math skills for handling payments and making changes
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- comfortable standing on feet for extended periods of time
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner, providing exceptional hospitality
- take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- provide menu recommendations and offer suggestions for food and drink pairings
- serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and special requests
- ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations
- handle cash and process payments accurately, following all cash-handling procedures
- collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth service
