Job Duties
- deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests through friendly and attentive service
- provide knowledgeable information about food, wine, and fresh ingredients to enhance guest experience
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- process customer orders accurately and promptly
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- assist in training new staff and supporting a positive work environment
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
