Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to accurately use POS systems
knowledge of food safety standards
ability to work well in a team environment
friendly and positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and welcome them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
pick up and timely deliver food orders
ensure that customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
