- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read write and understand English
- Manual dexterity for kitchen tools
- Physical stamina to stand walk climb stairs crouch bend stoop reach grasp push and pull
- Ability to lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Enhance the dining experience for residents family members and guests
- Assist in delivery of culinary activities across various dining venues
- Provide professional courteous friendly helpful and timely service following The Sterling Touch® standards
- Support special events and private functions with exceptional service
- Follow guidance from the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor
- Maintain high satisfaction levels for residents and guests
- Ensure compliance with community standards processes procedures practices and philosophies
