Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
availability to work full-time or part-time schedules
willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
legal eligibility to work in the US
commitment to providing exceptional customer service
willingness to work in a technology-forward restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment advantageous
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
passion for food and guest satisfaction
basic familiarity with technology or willingness to learn
team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
collaborate effectively with team members
passionately serve guests and enhance their dining experience
assist and coordinate with the Kura Bot server
maintain a clean and organized work area
handle customer inquiries and requests professionally
