at least one year of full-service restaurant experience
high-school diploma preferred
state food handler's management certification required
responsible alcohol service certification required
ability to work in a team environment
strong customer service orientation
flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts

Job Duties

guide guests through the process of ordering food and beverages
accurately enter items into the POS system
deliver completed items to guests
present the check in a timely manner
complete payment transactions
work collaboratively with other service positions to ensure guest satisfaction
maintain high standards of service and attention to detail
