Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement and eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic computer skills for POS system operation
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety guidelines
