Job Requirements
- Meeting the minimum age requirement and being authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is advantageous
- ability to accurately use POS systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team
- attention to detail
- capability of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills, and remove unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
- comply with all food safety regulations
