- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- provide detailed menu information to guests and make personalized recommendations
- ensure timely service and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- handle guest concerns and requests with professionalism and care
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- process guest payments and balance cash register at the end of shifts
