Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous server experience is beneficial
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are noted
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and receive food for service
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accurate presentations and garnishes
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs promptly
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions in accordance with restaurant policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, including resetting tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to provide excellent service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions, and stay informed about menu changes and new offerings
