Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with health and safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and suggest menu items confidently
- Serve food and drinks safely while adhering to sanitation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle payment transactions and provide guests with accurate receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
