Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move about for entire shift

Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems like Micros
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues and take corrective actions
- Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain accurate financial transactions and manage personal bank
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures and report intoxicated guests
- Greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
