Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years old
  • Must be American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willing and able to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
  • Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Adherence to grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
  • Strict no alcohol consumption policy while onboard
  • Willingness to perform emergency and safety functions as part of training
  • Temporary employment not to extend beyond 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • At least eighteen years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
  • Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of dining service etiquette preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Set up and break down dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • Greet guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu-related questions
  • Relay orders accurately to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentation and garnishing
  • Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and assisting with evening entertainment catering
