Job Requirements

Must be at least eighteen years old
Must be American citizen or Green Card holder
Willing and able to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
Must pass pre-employment drug test
Adherence to grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
Strict no alcohol consumption policy while onboard
Willingness to perform emergency and safety functions as part of training
Temporary employment not to extend beyond 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

At least eighteen years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of dining service etiquette preferred

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
Set up and break down dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
Greet guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu-related questions
Relay orders accurately to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentation and garnishing
Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and assisting with evening entertainment catering
