Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 1+ year minimum experience in fine dining or similar caliber concept
- proficiency in a variety of technology systems and POS platforms
- current NYC Food Protection Certificate
- willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- TIPS certification required
- ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays per the needs of the business
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- maintains complete knowledge of Maxime's policies and procedures and ensures that all practices and policies are being upheld
- maintains thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items in our Zodiac Lounge to assist members with any dietary concerns or issues including any dietary preferences and/or food allergies
- ensures service is provided in a timely, professional, and effective manner
- processes food and beverage orders as needed ensuring accuracy when entering orders into POS
- adheres to all Department of Health and safety standards related to food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service
- supports all front-of-house team members in providing exceptional hospitality
