Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a team
attention to detail
multitasking capabilities

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile as they are seated
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
promptly collect and deliver food orders
ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
