Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years serving, expeditor, and runner experience in high volume environment
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and passion for the service industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude
- Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude
- Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in constantly changing environment
- Beer and wine knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee and guide guest's complete dining and restaurant experience
- Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
- Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation, and correct service
- Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
- Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Ensure food and beverage arrive quickly and correctly, confirming guest satisfaction
- Maintain a sanitary environment for guests including sanitizing tables, chairs, and bathrooms
- Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service and pre-bussing
- Help set up and break down tables and patio area
- Label and package to-go items accurately
- Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment promptly
- Communicate respectfully with chefs and kitchen team
- Support team members to ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after service
- Engage management for guest issues or complaints
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of service tools and areas
- Stock and prepare service-related items
- Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
