Job Requirements

Open and flexible availability
at least six months of restaurant server experience
positive energy and a proactive attitude
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Minimum six months of restaurant server experience in a casual or fine dining setting
strong multitasking and communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

basic knowledge of food and beverage menus
exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly
take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
provide attentive and courteous service throughout the guests' dining experience
handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
