Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food and beverage, particularly Italian cuisine, is a plus

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional, safe, friendly and attentive service to guests
- Guide guests through the menu by sharing knowledge of Italian food, wine, and ingredients
- Ensure high standards of health, safety and sanitation are maintained
- Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill guest orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns professionally
